Jimmy Cheng is focusing on the acquisition and licensing of immersive / interactive XR content as Director of Content / Business Operations of Iconic Engine. He brings the experience in content management, production and strategic planning, with expertise in corporate operation and restructuring.

Iconic Engine is endeavoring to set up a new XR content monetizing model to support IP owners gaining more capital back from the market. Jimmy is communicating with studio, filmmaker and platform for creating an Iconic Engine Library, then recommending suitable selections to Iconic Engine’s strategic partners for licensing opportunities.

Prior to joining Iconic Engine, Jimmy was hired by Digital Domain Holdings Limited as Director of Business Operations, mainly focused on daily operation and restructuring for subsidiaries under DDHL. He was deployed to Beijing, Shanghai and Taiwan for the integration between corporate and subsidiary. Last serving as the Board Representative for DDHL to oversee the business of 3Glasses, one of the leading Virtual Reality HMD development companies in China.

Before that Jimmy was in the advertising industry for DN Pictures, one of the top 3 production houses in Taiwan. He handled the production service and assisted brands / agencies to produce high quality TVC.
